Etna Products, Inc. Technical Services/Engineering The Etna research and development team maintains an extremely close alliance in their
lubricant design efforts in working with our customers, suppliers and original equipment manufacturers. This allows a process orientation in their research and design efforts.
Supporting this process design discipline is Etna's technical and engineering service department. Etna's multi-disciplined engineering team works for
the benefit of the customer and at the same time the research and design teams efforts.The Etna technical service and engineering support team have at their disposal the newest in high
technology test equipment, to assist them in optimizing their Etna products and their use within a customer's process. Etna also has developed additional strong technical affiliations with
universities, consultants and suppliers to supplement their in-house capabilities. Etna's field engineers and technical services
department, working directly with our customers, maintain Etna's metalworking lubricants at peak performance levels. This occurs because of routine on-site/off-site laboratory analysis and timely
reporting of the information back to our customers. By using the capabilities of the Etna technical services we can totally analyze various types of
